End-to-end ticketing for the Caucasus' most-attended wine festival
Yerevan Wine Days attracted 180,000 visitors across 3 days with no digital pre-purchase infrastructure — all tickets were sold at the gate. The organizers needed a scalable presale channel, tiered corporate and individual packages, real-time inventory management for 1,000+ wine varieties, and a way to validate entries without queues on festival days.
We built a full ticketing infrastructure from scratch: a public pre-purchase portal handling individual and corporate tier packages with dynamic pricing, a real-time inventory engine tracking availability for 1,000+ wine varieties, and a custom mobile validation app used by on-site staff to scan and process entries for all 180,000 visitors across the 3-day event.
