WWF needed to scale its digital fundraising infrastructure across 12 countries without fragmenting donor data or losing recurring billing reliability. Existing third-party tools couldn't support multi-currency billing, granular donor lifecycle events, or real-time impact reporting at their scale.
We built a first-party recurring donation platform — multi-currency billing engine, automated donor lifecycle triggers (anniversary upgrades, lapsed re-engagement, tax receipts), and a real-time impact dashboard showing exactly where funds were going.
